Self-Booking for Facility Managers

With our latest update to the Facility Management tool, you can now enable your customers to self-book open spots on your facilities spaces! We've added even more features to this tool in Spring 2025 - check out the details here!

To set up a Customer to self-book, you'll go to your Dashboard > Customers and edit the Customer in question:

You'll also want to set up the option and rate to self-book under the Facility Space Settings:

Here you'll allow for Self-Booking and set some default event times for the space:

You'll also notice a Self-Booking tab where additional settings (availability of space by day of the week, customer rules, available booking windows & team staff rules) can be set up:

  • Customer Rules: Allows you to enable & set rules for Customers to book time on your Facility Spaces.

  • General Public Rules: Allows you to enable & set rules for the General Public (no Customer record required) to book time on your Facility Spaces.

  • Team Staff Rules: Allows you to enable & set rules for Coaches to book time on your Facility Spaces; this allows you to choose specific seasons and/or teams to allow to self-book time for their teams.

  • Rostered Player Rules: Allows you to enable & set rules for Players rostered to specific teams or teams within a specific season to book time on your Facility Spaces.

Once set up, here is the flow your Customers will see:

TIP: You control who can take advantage of the self-booking function! Whether open to the full public, predetermined customers, specific teams or all of the above, this function allows those you enable to book & pay for their facility space directly on your site.
