With our latest update to the Facility Management tool, you can now enable your customers to self-book open spots on your facilities spaces!

To set up a Customer to self-book, you'll go to your Dashboard > Customers and edit the Customer in question:

You'll also want to set up the option and rate to self-book under the Facility Space Settings:

Here you'll allow for Self-Booking, set the times & the limitations (ie your facility's hours, or the hours when self-booking is available):

Once set up, here is the flow your users will see:

TIP: This function allows existing customers to self-book your facility! For brand new customers asking about booking, we recommend setting up a Form or Registration to capture that customer's full details, add them to their membership, and ensure any waivers or sign-offs are collected before they are set up and able to book directly as a known Customer.
