Splitting payments among members of your team in a Team League Registration just got easier! With our new Hybrid League Registration, Team captains/coaches can register their teams in your league, then invite players from their team to register and pay their portion of the team fee.

To set this up, when creating a +New Registration, you'll choose "Team + Players" in the Registration Wizard:

Once building the league, you'll need to ensure the option to Enable Rostering is set to "Yes":

When configuring the League, you can create both Team Registration Questions and Player Registration Questions:

Continue with League setup as normal, by setting up the Season and creating Divisions. When setting up the Price of Registration, you'll have the option to enable that Split Pay option:

Once set up, Teams can begin to register, where they'll see this option on their Price page to complete registration:

If they choose to Split the payments, after registration, they'll be prompted to add players to their team:

They'll then choose how many players to invite to the team, and enter the email addresses for each player to that team:

*Important to Note: If someone pays a different amount than other players on the team, it can be helpful to just invite that player first with their custom amount; then come back to the Manage Split Pay page to invite all other players. This ensures that all other players will pay the amount remaining divided by those players, excluding the one player (ex: a goalie) with a different price.

You can always add more or less players to the roster, so the "Number of Players on the Team" is flexible and not locked in after initially chosen.

When a player receives an invite to join their team, they'll Accept in their account:

Then, they'll see the registration flow with their price specifically:

Once players are registered for their team, they'll show both on the Roster (note: an admin does need to remove a player from the roster, if needed; coaches or team captains would not have access). Team captains or coaches can access and manage the split pay setup and players on their roster from the team page:

You'll also be able to toggle between Team Registrations and Player Registrations within the Season Signups:
