Our platform includes the ability to manage the distribution to jersey numbers within the dashboard. This feature is intended to be used by organizations (typically youth) that distribute jersey numbers on a first-come, first-serve basis to a group of players within a given age level.

If your organization does unique jerseys for each team, we recommend using the Manage button the team roster page to enter jersey numbers for that specific team.

We currently offer the following options:

Clubwide - Each number can only be used once throughout the entire organization. This is typically only used by smaller clubs (such as high schools).

Birth Year - Each number can only be used once across a single birth year, defined as January 1st through December 31st.

Grade (July) - Functions like birth year, but using the date range of July 1 through June 30th.

Even-Odd - Players born in an odd birth-year must select an odd number. Players born in an even birth-year must select an even number.

Even-Odd Minnesota - Functions the same as Even-Odd, but using June 1st through May 31st as the date range. The even/odd distinction is based the birth-year on June 1st prior to their birthdate. For example, if a player is born on June 2, 2011, they would have an odd number. However, a player born on May 31st, 2011 would be even because the prior June 1st was an even birth year.

Up-Down - When a number is in use, players in that birth-year, the birth-year above and the birth-year below cannot select the number. For example, if a player born on 11/1/2012 selects #20, that number cannot be selected by anyone born in 2011, 2012 or 2013.

If you would like to enable jersey number management, please notify support the system above that you would like to implement for your organization.
