With this release we have added new functionality to the Offer Emails. These updates allow you to use saved draft emails or previously sent emails when sending offers to a player!
When you send an offer to a player, you will now see the option to "Use Template" right above the email builder. You can still craft a custom email if desired, but if you would like to choose from your previously sent emails or draft emails that you have previously saved, click the button shown below (for more on how to create and save draft emails click here).
Once you have selected "Use Template" you will be taken to a screen where you can select to view either your saved email drafts, or a list of previously sent emails.
Select the category you would like to view, and then click the "Use Email" button next to the desired template.
Once you select the email you will see the contents of that template fill your Email Preview window. You can add additional customizations if desired and your offer email is ready to send!
