This page will walk through the process of uploading the .csv file export available for Schedulers on the Valley Hockey League site directly to the Team Page on your Crossbar site.
To start, you'll download the .csv file from the VHL that should look like this:
Then, you'll navigate to the Schedule tab of your Team Page on Crossbar and choose the upload icon:
This will bring you to the place where you can select the .csv file you just exported from VHL:
PLEASE NOTE: You will see a template/overview of the columns needed for the upload; you can ignore these, as we have mapped the file to directly import as a .csv with absolutely no changes needed.
When you select UPLOAD after choosing that file, you'll be prompted to match the team from the file to the team page you are uploading on:
Once you have uploaded, you'll see this screen to confirm:
Then will see the games on the Games & Schedule tabs of the team page:
Important Note:
As the league updates and adds new games, you can use the same export to re-upload and the system will only pull in/update the new games. You will not need to delete any existing games, or worry about duplicates being created from new uploads of the .csv export from VHL.
