We understand that as Team Staff, you may need to create many events on your team schedule, like away games, off-facility events, team meetings or dinners, to supplement events that are published to team schedules from the organization's central Scheduler. We've added the ability for these events to be uploaded in bulk directly to Team pages by Team Staff.

To get started, a coach should begin on the Schedule tab of their team page on their organization's website, and choose here:

On the next screen, there is an opportunity to download the template required for the upload, as well as view a preview of the columns and fields within the template:

Here is a preview of the upload template you will download by choosing "Download Template" on the screen shown above:

Once uploaded, the events will show on the team schedule both on the website and in the mobile app:
