Document Signature & Completion allows for registrants to e-sign a PDF document during their registration process, while accepting an Offer, or after they are rostered to a team.

We also support traditional document uploads, for things like Birth Certificates or annual Physicals, which you can find more information on here!

To set up a signable or fillable PDF, you'll begin by navigating to the Documents section of your season:

Next, you'll select "ADD NEW DOCUMENT TYPE" which brings you to the setup for that Document, where you'll enter the Name of the Document and the settings for that required document. Important to note here that you'll select "User will complete a blank form provided by organization" as the Collection Method:

Note: We do recommend that you require review to ensure these documents are signed correctly by registrants.

Once you save the New Document Type, you'll be asked to Upload the PDF you'd like folks to complete:

Once uploaded, you'll be asked to select a field type to be added to the form, where you can choose for folks to enter their name, the date, or other text, signature, or initial fields:

When choosing new text or date fields, you can choose options on whether these fields are pre-populated and/or required:

Then, once saved, you'll select when that Document Type is Required:

Registrants will see this option while registering or completing the document:

You can view, review, and download the documents under the Dashboard > Members > Documents:
