Within Team or Club League Registrations, you can allow for Team Staff to upload their rosters. To enable, you'll choose Yes to the League Setting here:

Once enabled, team staff will have the Upload option on the Roster of their team page:

Once within the Upload screen, they'll see the requirements (Player First & Last Name, DOB & associated email) and have a template to download to use:

Once uploaded, if they need to remove someone from the roster, you can do so within the Dashboard > Registrations for the League:
