We are pleased to offer Registration Insurance as an option for programs to enable during registration. Registration Insurance provides users the option to insure their non-refundable season registration, in case of injury, illness, or other covered claims. By offering registrants the choice to opt into insurance coverage, your organization can reduce the number of refund requests and chargebacks, not only preserving revenue but decreasing the administrative burden associated with managing these issues. If enabling this option, now would be a great time as an organization to modify or reassess your organization's refund policy.

To enable this on the site, when creating a new Program, you'll choose "Yes" to Registration Insurance:

This can also be modified at any time for future season registrations under the Program Settings:

Once purchased, the registering user will receive their policy information directly from the insurance provider. If a covered event occurs, the registering user will file a claim with the insurance provider directly to recoup the funds for their season registration.
