Team Staff are now able to record scores for completed games in the Mobile app!

For Team Staff in the mobile app they will now see the ability to enter scores for games played. They will be able to score games directly from the Recent Games section of the new home screen for their team (more on new home screen below), or by clicking into All Recent Games to view a full list of games for that team:

Once "Score Game" is selected for an event, Team Staff will be able to add scores for Home and Away teams, ending result (Regulation, Overtime, Shootout, Forfeit), and upload a scoresheet image.

Once scores have been added, they will be visible to families in their games list:

Admins can now send Announcements to Team Chats via the dashboard of your organization website. Announcements will send push notifications to users with the mobile app and appear as an alert message in the team chat.

To send an Announcement message go to Dashboard > Registrations and then select the teams tab of the season that you would like to send an Announcement message to the team chat. You will now see an "Announcements" button on the top right side of the teams list:

Once you click on the Announcement button, you will be taken to a page where you can write your message and select the team or teams from that season that you would like to send the announcement to.

Once you send the announcement it will send a push notification to all users of the selected teams and post an "Admin Announcement" banner in the team chat. Users will be able to react to the announcements.

This feature will allow for site admins to send important messages to any or all teams quickly through the Dashboard of their site, without needing to be a member of the team staff, or go through the app one team at a time!

The Home screen of each team page has been updated to display the most recent games for quick reference for parents, or the ability to add scores for coaches and admins. As well as a quick link to view All Recent Games:

Under the "Settings" section of the Mobile App menu you are now able to select new display options, including DARK MODE and "Automatic" to match with your default device settings. This will allow users to customize the personal view of their mobile app!

The Crossbar Family Calendar is now available as a Widget for your device home screen! Just look up "Crossbar" in your widget search tool, and you will be able to pull your Family Calendar through as a home screen widget, with several views that can display one, three or six upcoming events for your registered participants depending on the view options you select.

Clicking on the widget will take you into the full Family Calendar view in your Crossbar Mobile app.
