8.27.2026 - Updates to Contact Form Emails

Written by Ryan Donahue

With this update we have made changes to the Contact Form emails that come from your site. This is intended to help recipients have more visibility into who sent the email and to better protect themselves against phishing attempts or spam.

Updates to the Contact Form Email template:

  1. Emails will now come from "form-submission@"clubdomain.com

  2. The updated Subject line will now include "Contact Form Submitted" before the subject text entered by the sender

  3. A Bold and Italicized header indicating that the email came from a Contact Form.

  4. A cautionary warning at the top of the email stating "Use caution when responding to contact form submissions as it may be a phishing attempt or spam."

  5. Additional User information is now displayed. This includes when the account was created and whether or not they are a member of your organization.

We hope these updates help you, your staff, and your coaches have better visibility into these form submission emails to better interact with your families and to better protect yourself against phishing scams!
