This update introduces a primary user concept to simplify account management and provide clearer control when multiple guardians or family members are involved.
Only one account can be assigned as the primary user for a participant. The primary user is signified by the filled star.
Primary Users can add and remove other secondary users, and transfer primary access to another user.
Transferring Primary Access
Primary account ownership can be transferred to a different user by the primary user at any time by selecting the unfilled star and confirming the transfer.
*Only the primary user can transfer ownership.
*Access must be transferred to another user before a primary user can remove themselves from the participant.
Secondary Users
Secondary users are any users associated with a participant who are not the primary user.
Secondary users will no longer have the ability to add or remove other users to the participant record.
Secondary users can remove themselves if needed.
