With our latest release, we've created the ability to Archive a Program and Season!

This setting is found at the Program or Season settings on the bottom of each page:

Once archived, these programs & seasons are visible by selecting "Show Archived" at the bottom of the Programs list:

Once visible, these programs & seasons will be grayed out, but will retain all records with registration, teams, etc. and are fully accessible:

Additionally, these programs & seasons can be restored from the archive by navigating back into the Program/Season settings and choosing "Unarchive Program":
