We’re excited to introduce a new enhancement to help your organization collect past-due payments even more efficiently.
Now, when a payment fails for any registration, the registering users will not only receive an initial email notifying them of this failure and prompting them to update their payment information, but they'll also receive a reminder every 3 days until their payment information is updated and the payment is successfully collected.
We hope this change will help your organization manage payments even more efficiently and save you time chasing down overdue payments.
